Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Jessica Pidgeon Coaching  we are dedicated to delivering exceptional hypnotherapy services to support your personal growth and transformation. Please carefully review our policies:

No-Refund Policy:

  • All hypnotherapy sessions are non-refundable. Once a session is conducted, the service provided cannot be undone, similar to eating a cake and then asking the baker for a refund.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Notice Period: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients and adjust our schedule accordingly.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule the session once at no additional cost.
  • No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee will be charged in full, and no rescheduling will be permitted.
